So, you’ve decided to take this healing journey with me, but you start thinking about how busy your schedule is.

You’re so busy; you feel like you can’t even get five minutes alone with yourself to breathe!

You feel like you can’t possibly make time to travel to and from a therapy office.

But that’s okay because all my sessions are virtual. With virtual sessions, you only need a reliable Internet connection and a safe space to talk freely.

Is it the same as in-person therapy or better?

The effectiveness of telehealth varies from person to person, but most people enjoy the convenience of not driving to and from the session.

Plus, have you seen the gas prices lately? With online therapy, this becomes a non-issue.

Press a few buttons, and you can work on yourself from the comfort of your home, car, or backyard. The options are plentiful if you feel comfortable in those spaces.

Suppose you are not from the Bay Area but still live in California, no problem! The only requirements are that you are a California resident and we are a good fit. If so, we can start meeting soon after you make that initial phone call.

Research shows telehealth can be as effective as in-person therapy sessions.

We will still work on creating a better, more authentic version of you and get you to meet those goals in no time.

How do telehealth sessions work?

Excellent question! All you need are a few essential things.

You need a stable and reliable Internet connection, WiFi (especially if you’ll be in your car or outside a park), a smartphone, desktop computer, or a laptop. In addition, you need to identify an area where you feel safe and comfortable speaking with me. You’ll want to pick somewhere you can talk freely and focus on an uninterrupted session.

Give yourself a few minutes to set up before our session, and take a few calming breaths, so you don’t feel rushed. You can also take this time before the session to jot down anything you don’t want to forget or bring to the session, although this isn’t a requirement.

If the connection for some reason doesn’t seem smooth, we’ll troubleshoot together and switch to other platforms (like Facetime or a good old-fashioned phone call) so that we make sure you get all your allotted time for session.
