The reoccurrence of the same old themes is tiresome.

Finding yourself in the same situation over and over starts to make you feel numb. You know something is missing, but you don’t know what that something is.

You’ve spent countless hours on the phone with friends, decoding what somebody said or did to you, but that doesn’t bring you peace or clarity. It only leaves you feeling more emotional and stressed.

The days begin to blur together, and the weekends are over so quickly you never took advantage of the me-time. Spending time catering to others’ needs and feeling empty is not how you pictured your life, but as women, sometimes we’re expected to do just that with a smile.

Thoughts of a better, more authentic version of you flood your mind weekly. You’ve tried self-help books and apps to get there, but those tools are soon left forgotten. It would help if you had someone to support you in getting to that happier, confident version of you.

I will never move at a pace that feels uncomfortable for you, as we cannot rush the process. How you’ll feel at the end of the process is well worth the journey and manifestation of the new life you will create in therapy.
